We sat down and chatted with FourMation Sales, who represent the top product lines for the plumbing, heating and mechanical industries in Minnesota, MN, Wisconsin, WI, North Dakota, South Dakota and Michigan. We learned more about why they continue to choose Raypak when working on new projects.

801 15th Avenue Mixed Use Apartments

DESCRIPTION:
These Raypak XTherm Waters Heater Boiler & Raypak Storage Tanks serve a 12 Story 266 Unit Minneapolis Mixed Use. With that many units and occupants it’s no wonder why Wenzel Plumbing chose Raypak’s Boiler Water Heaters. This project will produce a whopping 6,220 gallons first hour rating at 80F rise or 103 GPM.

DESCRIPTION:
Great installation by Wenzel Plumbing & Heating these (2) 1,500,000 BTU XThem Water Heaters with (2) Insulated 500 Gallon Storage Tanks provide enough hot water for this 22 story 340 unit apartment building. FourMation Sales assisted with project design and boiler commissioning which consisted of programing and combustion analysis.

Nick Trojan from the FourMation Sales team explains why they love working with Raypak on these sort of large commercial projects, “As it is the XTherm Water Heater Boilers are great for high volume domestic water heating. Plumbers love them as all components on the 2 million BTU and lower are included in the equipment which means not having to pipe external to the unit and is a huge labor saver. We like them due to the simplicity of start-up, programming, and controls. Another great feature that is included on all XTherms is the Raymote which allows the user, maintenance team to see what is going on with the unit and get notification if there is an issue on site”.

These (2) 2,500,000 BTU Raypak XVers 2506 Boilers supply heat to the high school in Cooperstown, North Dakota. Klemetsrud Plumbing & Heating did a great job piping and FourMation Sales assisted on the commissioning of these boilers. With Raymote, the school can monitor these boilers day and night, make adjustments to the system, and ensure the building always has heat, as all XVers Boilers have a standard Feature Raymote Internet Connectivity.
