Before applying, please have the following
documents ready to upload:
- Copy of Business License
- Copy of HVAC License2
- A completed W9 Form
- Insurance Paperwork3
- Raypak reserves the right to negotiate rates based on the local market rates.
- HVAC license is required if applying to work on Raypak heat pumps pool heaters.
- General liability and automobile liability required. Minimum of $1M per occurrence with Raypak, Inc., 2151 Eastman Ave, Oxnard, CA 93030 named as “Additionally Insured”. Must be insured for “Ongoing and Completed Operations”.
