Before applying, please have the following
documents ready to upload:

  • Copy of Business License
  • Copy of HVAC License2 
  • A completed W9 Form
  • Insurance Paperwork3
  1. Raypak reserves the right to negotiate rates based on the local market rates.
  2. HVAC license is required if applying to work on Raypak heat pumps pool heaters.
  3. General liability and automobile liability required. Minimum of $1M per occurrence with Raypak, Inc., 2151 Eastman Ave, Oxnard, CA 93030 named as “Additionally Insured”. Must be insured for “Ongoing and Completed Operations”.
