Authorized Dealers are not permitted to offer for sale or sell any Products other than those Products set forth on the Online Eligible Products through their disclosed website. This MAP Schedule lists the current Products to which the Raypak, Inc. MAP Policy for the United States applies. Raypak, Inc. reserves the right to remove, add, or change Products, model numbers, and MAPs at its discretion, with or without notice to Seller. It is the Seller’s responsibility to review the MAP Policy and this MAP Schedule regularly.
Sales Practices
Dealer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies (i) applicable to Dealer’s business and/or (ii) related to the marketing and sale of the Products. Dealer shall be familiar with all state and local emissions and efficiency regulations relating to the Products.
Please note some geographic regions (e.g., certain states, counties, or communities) require Low NOx (nitrogen oxide) Products, and the sale of any Products other than Low NOx Products into those geographic regions is prohibited. Please further note that some geographic regions do not allow for the installation of E3T electric pool heaters unless such product is certified as compliant with the appropriate energy efficiency regulations or other applicable state or local energy standards; Dealer may not sell, offer for sale, or distribute any E3T electric pool heater in any geographic region where such sale, distribution, or installation would violate applicable law.
